Personal Training Sessions
We offer Fitness Training Sessions for every level, and each Session is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.Our personal training programs utilizes the ten standards of fitness; cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. It's very challenging, but we make exercise fun and it works! All Sessions are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.
