Personal Training Sessions

We offer Fitness Training Sessions for every level, and each Session is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.Our personal training programs utilizes the ten standards of fitness;  cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. It's very challenging, but we make exercise fun and it works!  All Sessions are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

 

30min Strength & Cardio Circuit

Mondays,Tuesdays, Wednesdays,Thursdays, Fridays

During this session, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting.

During this session, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.

Basic Strength Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5pm – 6pm  7pm - 8pm

Saturdays
11am - 12pm

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Weight Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9am – 10am

Saturday
9am – 10am

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

Intro to Powerlifting

Saturday
1pm – 2pm

In this session you’ll determine your weight class and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.

 

Powerlifting

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday
9pm – 10:30pm

learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.Work on accessory lifts to build a stronger overall total strength.

 
 

Cardio Circuit
