Personal Training Sessions

We offer Fitness Training Sessions for every level, and each Session is capped at 10 with 5 per trainer. Each Session is customized to each individuals particular goal. Everyone gets the individual attention they need.

Our personal training programs utilizes the ten standards of fitness;  cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. It's very challenging, but we make exercise fun and it works! 

Please show up 10-15 minutes early to warm up and stretch.
