I believe exercise is an important, meaningful part of daily living. Although our schedules are busy, I believe exercise should become as much of a routine as brushing teeth. I know that exercise can prevent health problems and improve quality of life, and I look forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. My love of fitness started at an early age with sports including: basketball (my first love), volleyball, track and field, dance, cheerleading, and cross country. It has grown into an intense passion for triathlons, cycling, and long distance running. I love to read nonfiction books and travel as often as possible, particularly to southern states to visit family and enjoy sunny weather. As an avid vegetarian, I also enjoy exploring fine dining tailored around plant based diets.

Fitness made a huge impact in me for achieving success as a multi sport athlete. I also learned a lot of training styles for a variaty of sports. Fitness gives us the ability to enjoy life actively. We select our fitness adventures, and the options are endless. As a successful college wrestler, my goal is to create a positive and fun environment but rewarding to my clients.
